You have to collect food from the dumpsters (the dumpsters disappear when the food goes off, only when edible food is in there can you collect it) then deliver the food to the needy.
This is to educate people on food wastage.

Yeah I don't know how to fix it. Got a cousin who's gonna help me when i get round to it.
